Collection: PRE-ORDER COLLECTION

Pre-Order Policy

Items purchased from our Pre-Order Collection are specially ordered and are not currently in stock.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your pre-order item to be prepared, followed by an additional 3–5 business days for the item to arrive at our facility.

Once your order arrives, it will be inspected, packaged, and shipped directly to you. You will receive tracking information once your package has been shipped.

Please note that the 6–10 business day pre-order timeframe does not include the final shipping time from us to you. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. By purchasing from our Pre-Order Collection, you acknowledge and agree to these processing timeframes.
